You all know I’m a fan of going out to eat brunch at one of my favorite local restaurants Lulu in the Grove. I normally order a Wake n Bacon Bloody Mary with some Eggs Benedict and finish it off with Oreo Waffles! If I’m really hungry though, I order goat cheese croquetas. If you’re from Miami you know croquetas are crack! But the goat cheese ‘croquettes’ from Lulu are tangy, sweet and crispy all together. They’re served over a guava bbq sauce and if you ever order them, you’ll see what I’m talking about. Of course, there are your occasional Saturday mornings where I want to take it slow. But if I’m craving something just as good as those croquetas, I’ll make Goat Cheese Berry toasts at home! Anyways… I’ll stop talking. If you decide to have a slow weekend (which I highly encourage) grab some whole wheat bread, goat cheese, berries, mint and drizzle it with raw honey. For the full recipe click on the link below. Thank me later! |
